Payment Policy

Please note that Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

I accept Paypal and all major credit cards via Paypal, Square or Stripe (customer may choose their preferred payment option at checkout.)

Payment for retail orders is due upon checkout when placing your order. See Wholesale Information for my payment policies for stockists.

Shipping Policy

U.S. Customers:

In-stock Items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Dyed-to-order items typically ship within 2-4 weeks. Items shipped to U.S. retail customers will be sent via USPS, either first class or priority depending on weight and customer preference. Shipping costs are calculated with real time shipping quotes at the best rate available based on the weight of items ordered. All orders are shipped with tracking.

International Customers:

I am happy to ship internationally, however the buyer ACCEPTS ALL RISK AND LIABILITY for lost packages. International orders will be shipped USPS First Class International. Please note that while most international packages arrive within 2-3 weeks, I have had it take as long as 2-3 months for a package to arrive at an international destination. If you are trying to place an international order but are getting an error message or an abnormally high shipping quote please contact me for assistance.

International packages cannot be shipped as gifts as a customs form must be affixed with a customs form detailing the contents and value. (I value items at their purchase price not including the cost of shipping.) Buyer is responsible for any customs or duty fees. Please be aware of your country's customs fees and policies BEFORE placing your order. I am not able to issue store credit or refunds for lost, abandoned or refused international packages.

Return Policy

Please contact me ASAP if you discover any defects with your product. Customer satisfaction is my first priority.

Returns must be pre-approved. Please contact me within 30 days of receipt to let me know you would like to return your order BEFORE shipping it for approval. Unapproved returns will be returned to sender. Items MUST be in original salable condition (no lingering scents like pet, cigarette or perfumes, original labels intact and not have been wound if yarn was purchased in a hank). 

Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling of returns for reasons other than product defect.

Dyed-to-order items:  Unfortunately I cannot accept returns of custom orders (colorways designed for you or using base yarn or fiber that is not one of my regular options) or digital pattern orders. I do accept returns of standard dyed-to-order colorways.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order of an in-stock item if it has not yet shipped. Unfortunately I cannot accept cancellations of dyed-to-order items after I have begun to prep your yarn for dyeing.
